THANK YOU

On behalf of Plymouth Fire Company and the families of Tom Heleniak, Scott Rafter, Callie Waldron, and  Rosemary Mahoney, we extend our thanks to all who participated.  Because of family members, friends, politicians, and unknown donors, our first blood drive was a success!  Blood donations are down in the summer, but thanks to all of our donors, a few more lives have been saved as we all came together for a good cause. Thank you to everyone who helped in any way with this blood drive!

Blood Drive Co-Chairs:

Colleen Rafter, Chris Heleniak, and Fran Luthy

On Monday June 7th, Plymouth Fire Company Captain and Whitemarsh Police Officer Mike Burton responded to distress call of a man having a heart attack on the bike trail in the area.  Using his knowledge of the area with the description the man gave, Officer Burton was able to locate the individual in a timely manner and quickly put in service an A.E.D. (automated external defibrillator) to revive the man.  The man is expected to make a full recovery.  Plymouth Fire Company would like to acknowledge Captain Burton's heroic act and thank him for his service to the surrounding communities.
